Golfer's Elbow

Golfer’s Elbow, also known as medial epicondylitis, is a condition characterized by pain and inflammation on the inner side of the elbow, where the tendons of the forearm muscles attach to the bony bump (medial epicondyle) of the elbow. Despite the name, it’s not limited to golfers and can affect anyone who performs repetitive gripping or wrist-flexing motions.
